This is a band out of cairo ny. Not to be classified as emo they have a soft vocals with nice riffs i am very impressed besides the fact that they are my friends. They are great friendly really interactive. they are everything u want from a band n nothing of the bad no drugs and or ciggs strictly bout the music . u need to checkthem out when a demo is produced expect a review  here is there link the sentry of the ashes

Song Rewiew

1.Prelude-Sounds like piano intro it sounds very good to me simple but good 3 out of 5 for intamentals

2.All nereids beware- lil bas solo in the intro bein a bass player its simple but sounds good love the solo type  sound to the ryhthm guitar vocals are perfect balance of screaming n singin i give it 3 out of 5

3.One day women will all beocme monsters-nice riffs good switch ups between notes vocals mact beat to a tee a solo type ryhthm again i love the sound chiodos produces i give it 3 1/2 out of 5

4.Expired in goreville-Fade in intro of wat sounds like rain  like how it fades in to drums and guitar n i like the lil techno in it sound like there usin a synthisier i also love how the breakdown includes tlkin in it and leads to screamins i give this song a 4 out of 5

5.Baby you wouldnt last a minute on the creek-great intro lyrics have a good meaning  like the switch up in beats on this song very impressed with the way it was written deff 4 out of 5

6.The words"best friends" becomes redefined- This song is awsome the hammer on  pull off intro to soft sounding to massive switch to meatl the music i like to hear lyrocs n vocals ar also awsome on this track i give it a 5 out of 5

7.interlude pt.1-good instramentals really short not to fond 2 out of 5

8.theres no penguins in alsaka- great riffs good lyrics like the catchy tune 4 out of 5

9.interlude pt.2- short not my cup of tea 1 out of 5

11.No hardcore dancing in the living room - weird but good intro may riffs n switch ups nice hammer ons n pull offs the double bass on drums seems a lil tooo much but ok like how he goes a lil melody on this song 2 then right back in to metal 3 out of 5

Song Review 

1.Doomsday-This song is deffinantly good, its still metal n just like old atreyu it has its singing included. One thing i am very impressed wit is the more solo type rhythm to certin parts.This one of my more favorable songs that i heard off the album i give on a scale of 1-5 a three and a half it is not the atreyu we know n love but its close

2.Honor-Not wat i expected it sounds like all members are singing in it not much screeaming or growling more of a melody song. not a favorite but i give it a 2 out of 5

3.Falling Down-This is so not atreyu its a very up beat like idk how describe it like music for gresse n foot loose just with a metal deff not a poular one for me i give it a 1 out of 5

4.Becoming The Bull-Not ur normal atreyu but i deff like this song.Its up beat tune but still somewhat metal tone its more of a mainstream catchy metal song.Good switch off of vocals n i like the lil mini break down its sick to me i give this song a 4 out of 5

5.When two are one-Different instrmental sound but good the vocals for this song are interesting it is like scream singing its hard to explain but it had a good tone n i personaly like it i give it a 3 out of 5

6.Lose it-Solo metal type intor very impressive  but leads in to a softer tone not to fond of this song lyrics  they repeat tooo much but wat i do like its the sound of the vocals in the chrous i give this song a 2 out of 5

7.No one cares-Slower softer tone more singin than anything this is like ur standard mainstream singin metal that no one if too fond of not a big fan of this song i give it 1 out of 5

8.Cant happen here- good snare n gun fire in the intro Lots of metal screaming sounds very simple instrmentals for this song but a good sound i deff like this one i give it a 4 out of 5

9.Slow Burn-interesing intro but good like the instrmentals very catchy song screamin n singingit sounds more atreyu then most of there songs very impressed with it

10.Blow-different sound it sounds liek bonjvi type  song with a metal twist not much screaming its more of a melody but its cool i like it

11. Lead sail(and a paper anchor)-acoustic intor  it sounds like an old western song lol very soft idk wat to say for this song its deffiantly a different twist for atreyu a side that i thought i would never c likt this is lighter then the theft off the A deathgrip on yesterday album i give it a 4 out of 5

12. Untilted bonus track-It is a cover song a good one to i dont remeber the name of the song or who sings it but i like this versoin i say this is the best song off the album but thats my opnion u decide for ur self but this song deff gets a 5 out of 5 in my book

This album is deff a new side n a weird turn for atreyu but there are afew good songs on it  but it is not one of my more favorable albums by them so i will give it a three out of five
